1. Service Agreement

Mighty Scoopers provides professional pet waste removal services. By scheduling a service, you agree to provide safe and unhindered access to your yard on the scheduled service day. If our technicians cannot access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or other obstacles, you may still be charged for the visit.

2. Billing and Payments

Invoices are generated based on your selected service frequency. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service for accounts with past-due balances.

3. Weather and Holidays

We work in most weather conditions. However, in the event of severe weather (e.g., lightning, heavy snow, icy roads), services may be delayed or postponed for the safety of our technicians. We also observe major holidays, and services falling on those days will be rescheduled.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a cleanup, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property and pets, Mighty Scoopers is not responsible for damage to hidden items in the yard (e.g., sprinkler heads, lighting) or for pets that escape through a gate that was faulty or improperly latched prior to our arrival.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
